Shipping policy

We proudly offer worldwide FREE shipping via Tracked Shipping methods.

Please note that we require 48-72 hours on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it.  Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 12 to 20 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

AUTOMORER is not responsible for any customs and duties which may be applicable in certain countries.

International Shipping: 

AUTOMORER is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. 

It usually takes 12-20 business days to arrive in your country, however, in some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. AUTOMORER is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.  So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.  To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page << [Hyperlink to your tracking page].

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately at support@automorer.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on AUTOMORER, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to AUTOMORER.  Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

AUTOMORER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@automorer.com.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to support@automorer.com with the subject line "CANCEL".

If the item has already shipped, you will have to refer to our return policy procedures to receive a refund.

Damaged Items

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase
